When fully unfolded, the wreath stands upright and stable, and the urn can be placed on the platform. For transport, the stand can be folded, allowing the wreath to be easily transported lying down. A large mortar tub (available at hardware stores) is ideal for soaking the wreath. Slowly immerse the wreath vertically in the tub. Once the submerged portion of the wreath is fully saturated, rotate the wreath to soak the next section. Continue until the entire wreath is saturated.
